• When you file a complaint with Virexanite Solutions, we look for the best solution. The panel of experts is notified about your condition after the technical team has had a chance to assess it. Refunds are only provided in severe cases, where there is no other way to resolve the problem.
• We use a number of criteria to assess the case's validity and soundness before making plans for reimbursements. Refunds are possible if these requirements are met.
• Post-sale operations and development are still in the early stages.
• It is not feasible to fix, resolve, or rectify the project's problems.
• You haven't disregarded our payment guidelines.
• You have not used any knowledge you obtained throughout the association for your own benefit or the benefit of your career.
• You qualify for a refund trial because your justifications are convincing, logical, and workable.
• Ability to demonstrate creative UI design, programming, and understanding of the components that make an app appealing and addicting is a must.
• You have provided all of the supporting documentation needed to support your refund request.
• Any billing problems that may have been brought on by your bank or a third-party payment processor are unrelated to the claim.
• Should it be determined that any of the previously listed conditions have been broken, your claim will be considered void. 
• Refund decisions are made in a definitive and legally binding manner. However, the authorized return request is handled within five to seven days.
